Delivery Area and Time

Deliveries will be made to UK mainland only.  We do not offer delivery to Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Offshore Islands or the Channel Islands. 

We offer a next day delivery service for all orders placed by 1pm Monday to Thursday.  Orders placed after 1pm will be despatched on the next working day.   

Orders placed on a Friday will be delivered the following Monday.  Orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on the following Monday.  We do not deliver on a bank holiday.

If an order is placed on a bank holiday, it will be shipped on the next working day.

Delivery Charges

We offer free delivery on all orders over £50.  Orders below £50 will have a £10 delivery charge.

Returns

Please note your order number and the details of what is to be returned.

We will arrange for collection of the goods with one of our carriers.

If the product is damaged or faulty, we will provide a replacement or a full refund once we have received your returned goods.  Please ensure that all damages are noted on the signed proof of delivery.

For all other returns, we will provide a replacement or a refund once we have received your returned goods in their original condition and packaging.  We will charge you to return goods that are not damaged or faulty.
