Delivery – for online purchases

CHRISTMAS OPENING – PLEASE NOTE OUR OFFICES WILL BE CLOSED FROM FRIDAY 20TH DECEMBER 2024 AND WE WILL REOPEN ON THURSDAY 2ND JANUARY 2025. OUR LAST SHIPPING DAY BEFORE CHRISTMAS WILL BE WEDNESDAY 18TH DECEMBER 2024.

We deliver to UK mainland only

We don’t offer delivery to Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Offshore Islands or the Channel Islands.

Next day delivery

We offer a next day delivery service for all orders placed by 1pm Monday to Thursday online.

Standard delivery

Orders placed online after 1pm Monday to Wednesday will be shipped on the next working day. Orders placed online after 1pm  on a Thursday or anytime Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on the following Monday.

Bank holidays

We don’t deliver on a bank holiday. If you place an order on a bank holiday, we’ll ship it on the next working day.

Delivery charges

We offer free delivery on all online orders over £150. Orders below £150 have a £20 delivery charge.

Returns

Need to return all or part of your order?

Please call our customer care team on 01482 868321 (select option 1) or email sales@hodgsondirect.com to arrange for us to collect the goods with one of our carriers. Please make sure you have your order number and the details of what you’re returning to hand.

If the product is damaged or faulty

We’ll give you a replacement or a full refund once we’ve received your returned goods. Please make sure that you note all damages on the signed proof of delivery.

For all other returns, we’ll give you a replacement or a refund once we’ve received your returned goods in their original condition and packaging. We will charge you to return goods that are not damaged or faulty.
