This privacy notice describes how we collect and use personal information about you. If we make any change to this notice, the changes will be published on our website.

What Personal Data do we collect and why?

We collect the following information:

• Name
• Company Name
• Invoice and Delivery Address
• Contact Details
• Payment Information.

We need this information to be able to do the following:

• Order Fulfilment including Notification of Order Status
• Ongoing Customer Service
• Directed Marketing
• Carrying out day to day business transactions

Debit and Credit cards are dealt with in 2 ways. If your order is placed on our website we will never see your details. These are processed by a 3rd Party who are PCI (Payment Card Industry) Compliant. If you call us and use a Debit or Credit Card to pay for an order then your card details are processed in accordance with our PCI (Payment Card Industry) compliance procedure. We will never store your Debit or Credit Card details.

If you apply for or have a credit account with us, we will sometimes obtain information from credit reference agencies.

When you visit our website, we may send you a cookie. A cookie is a small file which is placed on your computer or device. Please refer to our Cookie Policy for further information.

When we send Directed Marketing, you will have the opportunity to “Opt-Out” at any time. We will never sell your data and it will only be shared with approved partners as outlined later in this policy.

While we will only ever obtain the minimum amount of personal data. We will on occasion require certain information to be able to process an order or request. If we need any additional information from you, we will let you know.

Who will it be Shared with?

We may share your data with appropriate partners, who will protect your data as carefully as we would, and can only be used as instructed by us the Data Controller. We will never sell your data; your data is our responsibility.

How long will we store your information?

Your Data will be stored for up to 7 years after the end of our relationship. Unless we have a legitimate reason to keep it longer.

We will do our very best to ensure that your Data is as secure as possible at all times. Using appropriate policies, procedures and up-to-date technical means including firewalls.  

Job Applicants

If you send us your information relating to a Job Application, we may keep it for up to 6 Months in case we decide to contact you at a later date.

If we employ you, we collect information about you throughout the period of your employment. This information will only be used for purposes directly relevant to your employment. After your employment has ended, we will keep your file for 7 years before destroying it. Unless we have a legal obligation to keep it under another legislation, such as the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974.
